Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to every city, town and cantonment in Pakistan through our courier partners — Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.

• Rs 200 flat delivery charge on all orders.
• Free delivery once your order total crosses Rs 3,000.
• The delivery charge is added at checkout and collected by the rider along with the order amount.

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–3 working days.
• Other cities and rural areas: 3–5 working days.

Timelines start from the day we confirm your order on WhatsApp, not the day you submit the form. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are booked the next working day.

Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. This protects both sides against wrong addresses and fake orders. If we cannot reach you on the number you provided within two working days, the order is cancelled automatically — you can always place it again.

Once your parcel is booked, we send the courier tracking number on the same WhatsApp thread. You can also message us any time and we will check the status for you.

Couriers normally attempt delivery two or three times. If a parcel is refused at the door without a valid reason, or the number stays unreachable, the parcel is returned to us. Repeated refused orders from the same number may not be accepted in future.
