Privacy Policy

Only what is needed to get a parcel to your door:

• Your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Your email address, if you choose to give one.
• The items you ordered and any notes you added.

We do not ask for and never store card numbers, CNIC numbers or bank details — every order on this site is cash on delivery.

When you press Place Order, your details are put into a WhatsApp message that you send to us. Nothing is submitted to a server on this website first. From there we share the name, phone and address with the courier company so they can deliver your parcel — nothing more.

Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
• We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
• We do not use your number for anything other than your order, unless you message us first.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we later add basic visitor analytics, it will be limited to anonymous page-view counts and this page will be updated first.

You can ask us to delete the order details we hold about you at any time — message us on WhatsApp or email saqib.scents914@gmail.com. We keep basic order records for accounting, and remove the rest.
