- How do I place an order?
- Add what you want to the bag, open checkout, and fill in your name, phone and address. When you press Place Order, WhatsApp opens with the whole order written out — send it and we confirm from there.
- Do I have to pay in advance?
- No. Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.
- How much is delivery?
- Rs 200 flat anywhere in Pakistan, and free once your order crosses Rs 3,000.
- How long does delivery take?
- Usually 2–3 working days in major cities and 3–5 working days for other areas, counting from the day we confirm the order.
- Can I order without using the website?
- Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the fragrance name and your address, and we'll book it for you.
